Vanessa holds a full Estate Agents Licence and is well versed with the Residential Tenancies Act.  She has more than 20 years’ experience in all areas of Property Management.  Vanessa believes when you invest the time that is required to explain how property management works until her client is confident with the procedures, this will benefit not only the client but will earn trust & your client’s confidence in you. 

Vanessa believes ensuring regular income for her Rental Providers is a top priority.  The communication from Vanessa will be continuous throughout the management process of your investment property.
