REBECCA PALMBER – LEASING CONSULTANT – PROFILE

Rebecca Palmer worked in welfare industry with disadvantaged youth so justifiably claims to definitely have a clear understanding of the youth of today.  Her work experience has helped Rebecca (affectionately known as ‘Bec’) to hone her communication and conflict resolution skills.

Previously from Sydney, Rebecca relocated to the sunny Gold Coast and says it’s the best move she every made. She loves the relaxed way of life. Another change that Bec made was to take a completely different career path when she joined Ray White Surfers Paradise Group as an Assistant Property Manager, having already commenced the required study for her qualifications. Bec regards this change as another positive one and is enjoying the challenge of learning a completely different industry.  She describes herself as a ‘people person, very social and enjoys a laugh (especially around the office). Very soon after joining the Department she was offered an opportunity to diversify  into a Leasing Consultant position which means she is now learning a whole new set of skills.

 In particular Bec love liaising with prospective tenants and property owners, getting an immense feeling of satisfaction in doing things efficiently, quickly and to a high standard in the name of excellent customer service. Bec explains “  I love it when the parties are thankful for the hard work that we put in. I Have had such amazing support from all of my team since starting with Ray White, I am enjoying being a part of such a tight knit group. I am excited about the future, about achieving goals with the support of my team. I have definitely made the right career change with a great employer here at Ray White”.
