The backbone of any real estate office, Ray White admin staff gathered to learn about how they can better support their teams at the Connect 2022 conference admin break out sessions.

The first admin breakout session was hosted by Ray White Victoria state admin Sarah Green, who spoke about onboarding for success, and how admin’s can assist in the recruitment process.

“Recruitment is critical to the growth of any business,” Ms Green said.

“The experience a new starter has when they join can be something to reinforce your recruitment efforts or, sadly, sometimes it can eventuate in a revolving door.

“With extreme factors influencing rapid growth and rapid staff losses over the past two years, ensuring a smooth onboarding process has never been more important.”

Ms Green was joined on stage by Ray White Ferntree Gully CFO Tania Cek and Ray White Lara Zac Boothroyd for a panel discussion on what operations and admin staff can do to help achieve the best outcomes during the recruitment process.

The second session was hosted by Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory operations manager Brynja Bernsden who presented on the importance of technology in the modern office.

“I love implementing new technology in order to streamline processes and minimise the manual work that we, as administrators, tend to get bogged down with on the daily,” Ms Bernsden said.

Ms Bernsden presented a listing journey using software implemented by some of the Ray White network’s top performing offices, including Nurture Cloud, Docusign, Airtable, BeSeen, and Canva.

Joining Ms Bernsden to talk about how they use this software was Ray White Norwood and Grange COO Ryan Evans, and Ray White Aspley Group performance manager Jacqui Long.

Ray White's Connect 2022 Conference was held at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre from August 8 to the 9th.
