In the highly competitive Ray White Queensland annual awards, local office Ray White Ascot has taken home several major awards this evening.
The 170-strong office network ranks the top offices and individuals, where Ray White Ascot was announced as the second best performing business in the state after the famous Surfers Paradise team who have long dominated the international rankings.
Agents Ian Cuneo (marking 20 years with Ray White) and Damon Warat (marking ten years with Ray White) contributed to the office’s success, individually ranking as the ninth and tenth best performers respectively in the network of several thousand agents.
Damon was also awarded the group’s Individual of the Year title. He also was awarded the Courier Mail sponsored Excellence in Print Media award.
Ian Cuneo was awarded for Excellence in Auction. Jim Waller and Brad Ferguson were recognised for ten year’s contribution to the group each.
The office principal, Dwight Ferguson, was announced as the second best selling principal in the network.
They were, as a team, announced as the inaugural winners of the brand new Choice Award for the office with the best customer reputation as rated by clients.
These awards were presented in front of a record crowd 1,100 real estate professionals. It was the first time in ten years the Ray White Queensland annual awards have been held in a new venue, the Royal International Convention Centre.
