A pair of familiar faces from Sydney’s Northern Beaches have taken the next step in their real estate journey, partnering with Australia’s leading real estate group.
Ben McNamara, Sash de Bilde and their team at Pittwater Property, who have cemented their reputation as one of the leading agencies in the community, are thrilled to now be operating as Ray White Pittwater Property.

Throughout this 20 year career, Mr de Bilde has listed and sold around $1 billion worth of property and built up an extensive network in the region in which he was born and bred.
Mr McNamara on the other hand made a career change to real estate four years ago and quickly rose up the ranks, thanks to his drive, genuine passion for the industry and desire to help clients achieve their goals.
“Sash and I quickly realised that we shared the same ambitions, work ethic, and family values,” Mr McNamara said, so it was a winning combination from the start.

The team of 10 will hit the ground running, and they don’t plan on stopping there.

“We also look forward to opening our premium property management service, which will be headed up by my wife, Emma Blake, who was personally trained and mentored by Fiona Blayney and has been in property management for over 15 years. It’s an exciting time.” he said.
