ONE of the fastest growing real estate businesses in the country, Ray White Canberra, has just welcomed top agents and north Canberra specialists Chris Dixon and Maree van Arkel to their rapidly expanding group.

The move will also strengthen the groups presence in the rural fringe to Canberra’s north with rural expert Lesley Cloake joining Mr Dixon, a proud Gundaroo resident, in making the move.

Both Chris Dixon and Maree van Arkel said they were very excited to continue their careers with the industry leaders, after they were attracted to the strong culture and training on offer at Ray White. With more than 16-years experience in the field, Mr Dixon is a passionate advocate for Canberra’s north, and an avid supporter of many community groups.

With more than 20 years experience, Maree van Arkel is recognised as an industry expert who is a skilled specialist with an outstanding ability to negotiate and obtain the best possible prices. She’s lived in the O’Connor area for over 40 years.

Lesley Cloake, much respected by her owners for her specific knowledge of the rural market in the Canberra surrounds is already feeling at home and enjoying the inclusive culture that the Ray White team is known for.

The team were drawn to the family values and supportive culture of the Ray White Canberra team, and connected with the focus on putting the customer first.

Ray White Canberra started life as a tiny three person operation in Belconnen, and today stands as one of the fastest growing brands and most decorated businesses in the ACT, if not the country.

With offices in Belconnen, Woden and the CBD, the team has now expanded to over 100 real estate professionals, driven by the same relentless pursuit to be the best place on the planet to build a career in real estate.

Ray White Chairman and Founder Ben Faulks said the guiding mission of the whole team was underpinned by the values of humility, teamwork, customer service and leadership.

“Ray White Canberra is obsessed about improving the customer experience, and removing friction from the real estate transaction for consumers and agents alike,” he said.

“Our reputation has been built on a culture which balances performance with high levels of care, customer service and auction excellence. This continues to create great opportunities for those looking to build a career in real estate."

Mr Faulks, along with business co-founder Scott Jackson, are immensely proud of their business’ growth in just 10 years.

“We now have all sides of Canberra firmly covered. Our origins were in Belconnen, but now our market share stretches across the whole capital and we are excited by what the future holds. We are delighted to welcome Chris Dixon and Maree van Arkel and their teams to our group.”
