The continuing success of Ray White Victoria’s number one office Ray White Glen Waverley will see the opening of a brand new office in Mount Waverley, as Principal Damian Moore teams up with Andrew Davies, Courtney Mathews and Peter Meseha.
According to Damian, demand in Mount Waverley is continuing to increase, with the flagship Glen Waverley office already trading in the popular suburb.
“It was a natural step for us to branch out, and it is very exciting,” he said.
Courtney Matthews will be onsite manager and Principal, and will be joined by a raft of elite performers in the 10 strong staff, as Ray White Glen Waverley and Mount Waverley branch out to service their clients even better.
Courtney has a reputation of steel in the Monash community and as an elite performer with unrivaled people skills, and a passion for real estate - he and his team put the customer at the very centre of everything they do.
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore said the group is excited that the impressive Glen Waverley business has expanded and made the move into the Mount Waverley market.
"Damian Moore and his team have a wonderful track record of developing exceptional real estate agents and a terrific customer experience to all their clients. wHILE Courtney Matthews has been an Elite agent for many years and has our total support. We are so proud to have them AS part of our group," he said.
With half a dozen properties already listed for auction, the team have hit the ground running, and look forward to immersing themselves in the local community, and offer their clients a personalised and exciting experience whether buying, selling or renting.
“Our vision is to continue our involvement within the community, through schools, sporting clubs and church groups, and continue to offer the exceptional service which has seen us become the number one office in the Ray White Victoria network,” said Damian.
Onsite Manager Courtney Matthews said Mount Waverley has consistently been one of Melbourne’s highest growth suburbs over the last few years.
“From a real estate point of view, that’s really exciting,” he said.
He added that a significant number of international clientele have also been moving into the area, which is adding to this fast paced growth.
“Given the time of the year, it won’t be long before we gain market share in the area, that’s our goal,” said Courtney.
Ray White Mount Waverley look forward to putting their clients at the centre of everything they do, and ensure every experience and touchpoint is one to remember.
The doors to Ray White Mount Waverley have opened, and the team look forward to ensuring that the needs of every customer that walks through the door are well looked after and executed.
