AGENTS all across the world want to crack the code of real estate.
So it’s only natural they would seek the advice of the number one agent in the biggest group in Australasia, Ray White's Gavin Rubinstein.
The 30-year-old dynamo gets requests for help from local and international agents all the time.
“I get multiple emails and message every single daily from agents across Australia and overseas who want advice on the business,” said Mr Rubinstein, who has been the number one (residential) agent in Ray White since the age of 24.
“Everyone wants to know what I do. I get emails from all over the country, the US and Europe, asking questions/and or thanking me for inspiration.
“But it got to a point where all of these emails and messages and replying to them, started to take up too much of my time which I would much rather be spending with buyers and sellers, getting deals together.
“So I decided that I could get this content through to them in a day-long seminar, include eight of the top practitioners in the industry to give people maximum value, wrapped up in one annual seminar called, What It Takes.”
More than 350 real estate agents attended the first Conference. Some flew in for the first event from New Zealand, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne.

McGrath Estate Agents director Michael Gleeson said the event was “easily the best day of training I have been to in 15 years of real estate”.

“The line up that was put together was world class and for those that didn’t attend probably missed out on making some serious cash post event with all the tools and learning that came from the day,” Mr Reed said.
“I was the only agent from my office in Hobart to attend and flew in just for the event and the ROI since returning has been extraordinary.”
