Two of the Ray White Group’s most influential and experienced principals Mark Jennings and Tim Doyle have expanded even further into their beloved western Sydney.

For the pair, who are also lifelong best friends, entering deeper into the Nepean district and opening Ray White Jordan Springs, was like a homecoming.

“Tim and I grew up and went to high school in Penrith together, so we are incredibly excited to be opening in Jordan Springs through our Ray White Nepean Group. It’s an emerging market, undergoing huge leaps in infrastructure,” Mr Jennings said.

The highly experienced Nepean Group has 23 sales agents and nine property management specialists who are dedicated to this market.

The Nepean Group is under the leadership of General Manager Daniel Piredda, who joined the team three years ago after working in the Ray White Corporate NSW team.

“We have the biggest and most productive sales team in the area, and we’re backed by the biggest group in real estate. We’re locals and we’ve got a growing market share in this area.”

“For all new staff, we promise to provide phenomenal training and the ability to grow, which then translates into phenomenal results and service for our customers,” Mr Piredda said.

Ray White Nepean Group associate partner Robert Norgate, recognised as in the top one per cent of all Ray White agents as a Chairman’s Elite sales performer in 2020-21, has lived in the Penrith region his whole life.

“I am an active member of the local community and my knowledge of the area, its people, and all its wonderful attributes are second to none,” he said.

Likewise local sales specialist Jasmyn Calgaro said she was excited about the opportunities which lay ahead to support the local Jordan Springs community.

With boundless energy, Ms Calgaro quickly gained a reputation in the Nepean region for her sales skills since she started at Ray White in 2015. “I set out to achieve the best outcome for every client who engages me. I will never stop working for my clients.”

The leadership team believes that by delivering exceptional service, they will grow their market share in Jordan Springs.

“Our core values are centred around customer service and experience, that is what our group is known for,” Mr Jennings said.

Mr Jennings and Mr Doyle opened their first office in Campbelltown 15 years ago in one of Ray White’s greatest success stories, and they always had the Nepean region in their sights.

The duo own the Macarthur Group which includes Ingleburn, in partnership with it’s owner Daniel Maurer, Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan and Willowdale. The Nepean Group is made up of Ray White Glenmore Park, Penrith and now Jordan Springs.

Tim Doyle said there were a few key reasons why they have been with the Ray White Group since day one.

“It really comes back to the family; their expertise, their knowledge and their leadership, particularly with what we are all going through at the moment,” he said.

“We have a fantastic relationship with the whole White family and being able to pick up the phone and call Brian, Dan and Sam is a huge part of why we are still here.”

“The Ray White team lead us all so well, but also give us our own breathing space and let us run our business in a way that works for us.”

“We really enjoyed growing up here; right at the foot of the beautiful Blue Mountains.

“A lot of people live here for the combination of lifestyle and convenience. Affordability is also a big drawcard as a freestanding house costs only a little more than a city apartment,” he said.

Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch congratulated the team on opening their third Nepean Group office, and their eighth office in total.

“We are incredibly proud of how effectively Tim, Mark and Daniel have grown the Nepean Group and the huge impact they have had on our network. I personally am very excited to see what the team will achieve for their local community,” Mr McCulloch said.
