TOP performer Reuben Packer-Hill has joined Ray White in Brisbane’s inner west to head up the new-look Ray White Toowong in partnership with good friends Matt Lancashire and Haesley Cush of the New Farm juggernaut.

The elite agent started his career with Ray White in Kenmore some 14 years ago. He is excited to be re-joining Australasia’s largest property group in partnership with two of the best in the business in an area with limitless potential, in Brisbane’s beautiful leafy western suburbs.

“I know Ray White has one of the best platforms in the industry, and I love the synergies and collaboration that comes from more than 10 years of friendship with Matt, Haesley and Queensland CEO Jason Andrew,” Mr Packer-Hill said.

Mr Packer-Hill brings his team of four to lead the new Ray White Toowong agency which will maintain their highly regarded customer service centric focus and strong community involvement. In an exciting move, well known and very experienced local agents Robin McIlwain and Russ Cornish have also decided to join the group too.

The expansion into Toowong marks the sixth business for the Ray White New Farm | Spring Hill | Bulimba | East Brisbane and Clayfield, with New Farm alone recently being awarded the top office for Ray White Queensland in 2020-21.

Principal Haesley Cush said he was incredibly proud of the expansion into Toowong and to have Mr Packer-Hill spearheading the new business.

“Reuben is the lead guy. We have long admired his business acumen and were thrilled to form this partnership with him. Matt and I were actually flattered by Reuben’s endorsement as we have always thought very highly of him,” Mr Cush said.

“Matt and I will continue to support his success in the western corridor as he continues to scale up and build an even larger team and inject youth and enthusiasm into the region.

“Our model is very different to many in our industry. We have an open database and it’s the secret to our success. Our vendors love it and we service all our buyers and sellers well.

“It’s a difficult mindset for many agents to understand but we have cultivated a universal system and everyone’s in.

“We have the technology, we have a huge database and one in three of all our transactions deals are sold as conjunctional sales with agents within or by two agents within our group.

“Effectively Reuben now has an extra 50 agents’ databases by joining us, all actively updating and selling.

“We can all go further together, especially when we are in partnership with the right people.”

Mr Packer-Hill was excited about the future, especially in the higher end of the market, given there had been more prestige sales in the western corridor in excess of $4 million in the last six months compared to the previous five years.

“The future is very bright and there’s no better place to live and raise your family than in Brisbane’s beautiful leafy western suburbs.”

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew congratulated Reuben, Haesley and Matt for their partnership in Toowong.

“Haesley and Matt are proven performers and have built an enviable business and reputation right across Brisbane,” Mr Andrew said.

“The next iteration of their business sees them entering into partnerships with proven performers, which Reuben Packer-Hill most definitely embodies. As someone who grew up in the western suburbs, I'm excited to see what the future holds for our new leaders in this wonderful community.”
