This story starts five years ago in a time when property managers published their mobile phone numbers, valued the security of a good real estate business in which to build on their career and regularly attended industry training and events.

It is amazing to me as a career-long property manager that we have evolved to excellence in our field and then pulled the shutters down on our clients in an attempt to buy some time whilst we managed the ever increasing business as usual and learned the fifteen pieces of new tech that have arrived over the last five years. Additionally, each state has had legislation changes which demand internal workflows be re-engineered and our clients have reached new heights with their communication levels…. When did this industry actually get hard and why didn’t I get the email?

This is the time we are in, it’s why Ray White have made the decision to bring PMC back into the fold. There’s work to be done and opportunity has become abundant for all, but we are going to have to be good at this.

Our industry deserves an explanation and PMC 2020 will deliver on this. It’s important to know that we are not wrong and we haven’t made bad decisions. Strategy is required to go forward however, so this is a discovery for what has changed, where the opportunity lies and how do we evolve again in our careers and businesses.

Property management is an extremely fulfilling career when you are able to exceed your clients' expectations. Ray White Property Management is firmly pointed at this objective and PMC 2020 is our showcase.
