With almost 30 years in Property Management, Margie always knew she wanted to work with people and be out and about engaging with clients.  She also thrives on the flexibility and variety of her leadership role of Ray White Double Bay’s Property Management team - no day is ever the same - from one day to the next she is Counsellor, tradie, Chief Negotiator, and Property Manager, sometimes all at once.

To give her greater client perspective she is also a licensed real estate agent and has owned her own real estate agency providing both sales and rentals.  As well as hard work, this enables her to appreciate her property management clients more than most property managers ever will, and know how the full end-to-end process works.

Being an investor herself, Margie also knows how important it is to run mortgages, collect rent, pay bills efficiently and all of the other details that make a successful property investment strategy.
