Josh heads up our lifestyle & rural real estate division and has been a real estate professional since 1999. Specialising exclusively in broad-acre, lifestyle and township properties. Josh has sold more than 2500 properties during his career so far and has had the benefit of ongoing real estate training from industry experts.
Josh has been the recipient of numerous industry awards including Ray White Rural Excellence in Marketing award (FY16/17), Number One Rural Office Victoria (FY18/19), Number Two Rural Office Australia (FY18/19) and consistently achieving Ray White Premier Status every financial year since 2013.
His family background in farming and an in-depth knowledge of the greater Ballarat region has led to impressive track record in the sale of all property types within a 100 kilometre radius of Ballarat
