Damien is a true local, born and bred in Cairns and has established his own family on the Southside of Cairns. As the son of Principal Therese Plath, Damien has been around real estate his entire life. He completed a cadetship in Real Estate after leaving school before establishing himself as a successful local business owner for over 20 years.

In his role as Business Development Officer Damien’s passion is forging strong relationships with clients and their property portfolio growth.
