Alana has been an integral part of the Ray White Lara family since 2016, when she joined the team as an Assistant Property Manager. Through hard work and dedication, Alana was promoted to a Property Manager and took pride in efficiently tending to her own portfolio of clients. During her time in the seat, she provided incredible service- building meaningful relationships with her clients, as well as delivering punctual communication. As a result of all of her hard work, Alana has been awarded Property Management Team of the year VIC/TAS 2017-2018 and a finalist for Women In Real Estate Award 2019. 

Following the birth of two beautiful daughters in 2019 and 2021, with her husband Matthew Wade-Taylor,  Alana has spent some time in a supportive role behind the scenes while enjoying the precious first years of motherhood during her maternity leave.

Alana has now stepped into an exciting new role within our Customer Care Department. She is thrilled to be back in the office, and looks forward to providing her 5 star service and exceeding clients expectations!

Outside of work, Alana loves spending time with her family and friends and especially enjoys making memories on their camping holidays with the kids.
