Fencing includes boundary and internal subdivisions providing 30 paddocks, laneways and 6 holding paddocks.

The country features predominately cleared brigalow, gidgee and ironbark country with the balance being mixed forest country including coolabah, moreton bay ash, bauhinia, emu apple, false sandalwood and gum.

The main enterprise is beef cattle breeding, growing and fattening. The current management operates a 3 mobs of 600AE and 1 mob 350AE leaving two larger paddocks for management consideration pending normal seasonal conditions.

Structural improvements include a low-set homestead, workshop/residence, staff quarters, vehicle shed and new steel cattle yards, supporting an operating grazing enterprise.
