Ray White The Zenith Group is a locally owned and operated real estate business proudly serving the Port Stephens community from our Nelson Bay and Tanilba Bay offices.
Led by Managing Principal Tim Jurisic and Business Director Rebekka Jurisic, alongside Selling Principal Aramis Pincovai, The Zenith Group brings together experienced local property professionals across residential and commercial sales, property management and leasing.
Before building their careers in property and business, Tim and Rebekka each served as Commissioned Officers in the Australian Defence Force, bringing more than three decades of combined military service and leadership experience to the business. That background continues to shape how they lead today, with an emphasis on integrity, accountability, teamwork and delivering on commitments.
For our clients, that means more than having an agent. It means having an entire team behind their property.
With the strength and reach of the Ray White network, combined with genuine local knowledge and relationships across the Tomaree and Tilligerry communities, our team is equipped to support clients through every stage of their property journey.
Whether selling a family home, purchasing an investment, leasing a commercial property or entrusting us with the management of an asset, our approach remains the same: clear communication, considered advice, strong processes and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
We are proud to call Port Stephens home and even prouder to build a business that contributes to the community in which we live and work.
Ray White The Zenith Group. Trust the team that's always here for you.
