'The Wilgas' comprising 'The Wilgas' and 'Mercadool' is a very well located property some 11km East of Trundle and 43km West of Parkes with sealed road access and excellent proximity to the Forbes and Dubbo livestock selling complexes.

There is an equipped bore located at the 'Mercadool' woolshed ('Mercadool' adjoins 'The Wilgas' and was purchased by the current owners in 2004). Supplying stock water via tanks and 3 troughs to the country up to 3.5km away.

'The Wilgas' has a very good standard of infrastructure. Overall the fencing is very good. The steel cattle yards with crush and loading race has 1200 head capacity with 4 water troughs. These yards are set up for yard weaning. There are also 2 shearing sheds, a set of steel sheep yards and multiple machinery and storage sheds as well as 8 cone bottom silos and 4 flat bottom silos, plus 200 tonne grain shed. Giving approximately 900 tonnes of grain storage.
