The 100 paddocks create an internal Laneway system making mustering easy. The owners have not used Dogs to muster in the last 20 years.

YARDS: 3 sets of steel sheep yards with jetting/drenching races. Main set under cover with holding room of 3000 head with 2000 of it under cover. 2 sets of cattle yards.

FENCING: Boundary a mixture of netting, hinge joint and barb - stock proof. Internal fencing a mix of netting and hinge joint on set fencing. 3 & 4 plain wires. Electric energisers used on cell dividers.

SHEARING SHEDS: 6 stand shearing shed with holding capacity of 3000 sheep, 2000 hd under cover. Yards under cover. Large wool room and bale storage. Doubles as workshop, 2 x 6kw solar + 5kw battery for power that also supplies main house with Power. 2 stand crutching shed on eastern end.
