Raised on a sheep farm outside Crookwell, Stephanie got her first taste of property as an 16 year old on work experience under Ray White Goulburn Principal Justin Gay. After a decade in the public service and raising her young family, she returned to our group in March 2023.

Stephanie spent a foundational year working as Justin’s associate before stepping out as a standalone sales agent in July 2024 with a simple goal: help 20 local families buy or sell, regardless of property size or value.

“Working alongside Justin taught me the power of relationships, building them, maintaining them, and giving back,” Stephanie said. “Justin wears so many hats. I am still in awe of his ability to manage all his responsibilities and still make something happen to help at the last minute.”

That focus on genuine relationships paid off. In May 2026, Stephanie achieved Premier status in less than two years of going solo.

“Stephanie has an incredible work ethic and an authentic connection with people on the land," Justin said.

"To watch her grow from work experience to Premier status while navigating a tough personal year shows her true character and resilience.”

Her rapid rise came during her most challenging personal chapter, navigating a major life event as a mum of two.

“My children have always been my priority, so I just kept moving forward,” Stephanie said. “Work was there to propel me through the challenge, offering a sense of purpose. I leant on my family and our supportive team, without them, it simply couldn’t have happened.”

Stephanie’s upbringing on the land gives her an intuitive edge when guiding buyers making a tree change to the region, from discussing rainfall averages and stocking rates to navigating paddock tours.

“Local landowners appreciate simple things, arriving on time, taking the time to open tight farm gates, and enjoying their company,” Stephanie said. “Looking ahead, I’d love to reach a point where I can employ and mentor an associate, paying forward the support I received.”
