Twelve months ago, the management team behind Ray White Rural Pittsworth | Warwick | Dalby | Chinchilla | Stanthorpe set one clear goal: become the number one business in the Ray White Rural network.

They achieved it.

For James Croft, Sally Croft, James Arthur and Alison Jones, the result reflects a year of growth, accountability, consistency and an uncompromising focus on building a stronger business.

Over the past 12 months, the group has expanded to five offices, grown to 35 team members and strengthened its footprint across Pittsworth, Warwick, Dalby, Chinchilla and Stanthorpe.

Every new office, key recruit and investment in training, systems and support has been driven by the same ambition… to perform at the highest level. While the group has grown in scale, the focus has remained consistent, creating the right environment, providing the right tools and support, and empowering people to take ownership of their role.

Principal James Croft said building greater depth and scale has positioned the business strongly for the future.

“The continued growth of our team, bringing in key people and adding Stanthorpe and Chinchilla has given us greater scale and positioned us to adapt to changing market conditions,” Mr Croft said.

The group has deliberately invested in its people, creating opportunities for team members to develop skills, build careers and take greater ownership of their results. This authenticity comes from genuinely loving where you live and work. The team understands their communities because they’re part of them. This culture has become one of the group’s strengths.

Director James Arthur said the number one result was significant because it was achieved across the entire group.

“Being named the number one business, alongside Warwick achieving number nine nationally, is something I am incredibly proud of because it was an across-the-board team effort,” Mr Arthur said.

“People understand their role, they own it, and they know how their contribution impacts the success of the wider business.”

Stanthorpe Operations Manager Alison Jones said opening the Stanthorpe office was one of the defining moments of the year.

“Opening Stanthorpe was a very proud moment. It was about being part of something bigger and helping steer a team towards success,” Ms Jones said.

“There is a winning attitude within this group with consistency, high standards and always looking for that extra one per cent.”

That mindset has become a driving force across the group: do your best today and do better tomorrow.

General Manager Sally Croft said becoming number one was a standout achievement because every person played a role.

“Becoming the number one group is incredibly special because it took a huge effort from everyone,” Mrs Croft said.

“We set ourselves a goal and the entire team contributed to achieving it. That is what makes me most proud.”

The addition of Chinchilla and Stanthorpe has taken the business to a five-office network, combining genuine local knowledge with the strength, scale and resources from Ray White.

And while number one is a milestone worth celebrating, the group is already focused on what comes next.

Number one was the goal.

Staying there and continuing to raise the bar, is the next one.

Ray White Rural and Livestock CEO Matt White said James and Sally Croft, along with James Arthur and Allison Jones have led the growth of one of the most successful teams within the Ray White Rural network.

"They have pursued expansion opportunities with a relentless ambition to set new standards in the rural property and real estate industry," he said.

"As leaders, they possess a collective burning curiosity to understand how they can inspire their team to strive to set a high watermark in the industry for service and results. I am extremely proud of all that they have achieved and I am excited to see where they take this business."
