RAY White Tarneit | Truganina | Rockbank business owners Mark Srivastava and Anil Malik have joined forces with Point Cook real estate heavyweight Amar Thakkar (pictured above).
The trio bring a combined 25 years of real estate experience to the Point Cook community, while Mr Thakkar has been a local to the area for 10 years.
“I want to keep my business in Point Cook as this is where I began my real estate career. My friends, family and clients are all based in Point Cook, and it’s the community I feel most part of,” Mr Thakkar said.
Point Cook is known as an affordable area, however, over the past five years, it has also been ranked as one of the fastest growing suburbs in Melbourne. Much of the housing stock is only 10 to 15 years old and Mr Thakkar said the area has all the amenities to suit a range of buyers.
“Most of the area is already built, but new estates are still coming up,” he said.
“It’s a great area for those with children and those wanting to start a family as there are plenty of good schools, parks and entertainment opportunities. Point Cook is an immense market.”
Mr Srivastava and Mr Malik added that the Ray White Group’s foundation in family values made the leading agency a perfect fit for the area.
“Ray White offers so many opportunities for growth and the timing is perfect for us to expand and establish an office in Point Cook alongside Amar,” they said.
Mr Thakkar said the one thing he wants his community to know is that he is still the same familiar face along with his award-winning team, now under a different name that is well-placed to serve the people of Point Cook.
“My community knows me because of the level of trust I have been able to inspire in the area, along with the interpersonal connections and good rapport I have built with clients,” he said.
“I am excited about being able to offer them the same second to none service with larger capabilities.”
