The remaining units in stage one of the landmark Aura Apartments development at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast are being offered for sale through the Ray White GC South Network in conjunction with the Ray White Runaway Bay Group.

The Aura apartments complex on the shore of Lake Orr at 33 Lakefront Crescent, Varsity Lakes, is being developed and constructed by Gold Coast company Alder Constructions. Jared Hodge, Mark Stafford and Talei Kelly of Ray White Burleigh Waters and Ray White Runaway Bay’s Ali Mian and Lorraine Drysdale have been appointed to market the multi-million dollar project.

Mr Stafford said 18 apartments have already been sold in a pre-sales campaign with 38 units remaining in Stage 1 of the complex now on the market with a display apartment officially opened on Saturday, March 28, 2015. Due to the high level of interest the remaining units are expected to sell out fast.

“Stage one of Aura features one eight storey tower and a four storey tower which will offer a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, with most having extensive water views,” Mr Stafford said.

“The development is in one of the Gold Coast’s fastest growing residential and business communities and will offer fantastic facilities including two resort style swimming pools with outdoor lounge areas, a gymnasium, sauna, spa and roof top entertaining precinct.

“Aura will also boast beautiful gardens and water features as well as multiple barbecue facilities with teppanyaki grills.

“The site is adjacent to a park and a short stroll to Varsity Lakes Village and Varsity Central Business District. The complex is in close proximity to transport links and major education and sporting facilities.”

Alder Constructions Managing Director Greg Alder said Aura when completed will offer 120 apartments across four interconnected towers, with Stage two to feature two eight storey buildings.

“We are delighted with progress on the site and expect to see the completion of Stage 1 by August, 2015,” Mr Alder said.

“The construction team is focused on delivering a quality product. We will be offering upmarket finishes and installing modern appliances in individual apartments.

“The extensive range of on-site facilities in Aura is something many other apartment developments don’t offer so our purchasers will be getting great value for money.”

Mr Alder said Varsity Lakes was an ideal place to “live, work and play” due to its central location and close proximity to facilities such as Robina Town Centre plus Robina and Varsity train stations.

“Major sporting stadiums, Bond University, primary and secondary Schools, Robina Hospital, the beautiful Gold Coast beaches and the stunning hinterland are only a short drive away,” he said.

The Aura apartments are priced from $359,000.
