With an updated pool area, and immaculate upkeep 87 Francis Greenway Drive Cherrybrook (above) is looking like prime picking.
Offered for the first time in 38 years the four bedroom, three bathroom home has attracted 100 groups through during the campaign.
Ray White Cherrybrook agent Diane Whale has been sending out contracts left, right and centre, and suspects that one of the major drawcards here is the genuine warmth in the house. Plus, the Cherrybrook market has been very active this season.
The guide is set between $1.5-$1.6m, with an 11am kickoff. |

Despite a 1928 construction date, this California Bungalow is coming to auction this weekend for the first time since it was built.
An estate sale, the former owner of 19 Portview Rd, Greenwich did extend the home at the rear and the internal fit out is perfectly fine, but without doubt people who want to make their mark on a well positioned property will be keen to get a hold of this one, while very possibly making a post-auction table booking at one of the 1000 restaurants in nearby Crows Nest.
Ray White Lower North Shores' Desiree Hough will have had more than 85 groups through by the time the auction begins, and has issued quite a few contracts
The guide price here is $2.2m, and recent sales on Portview Rd include a land value only property of a similar size, that sold this year for $1.86m.
(Maybe there are not actually 1000 restaurants in Crows Nest - but you can't go five steps on Willoughby Road without copping a mouth watering whiff of pizza crossed with cappuccino and mee grob) |

Victoria now and it's auction action aplenty.
I'd bid on this Greensborough house just for the address; 15 Lemon Tree Lane (above). How cute, right? Well, it's more than just an address, it's a very popular home which will have had over 100 inspections by the time the auction starts at 11am Saturday.
Three bed, two baths, close to everything buyers hold dear, the home has a fresh face on thanks to pre auction attention that includes carpeting and paint.
Ray White Diamond Creek director Narelle King has a guide of $650-$700,000 on the house, and has eight registered bidders chomping at the bit.
And yes, there is an actual lemon tree included. |

Angela Limanis of Ray White Cheltenham has a time capsule at 1 The Crescent, Highett, which is attracting a lot of interest from parties who are mostly looking at land value rather than renovating the 1952, European influenced home.
It's on the non beach side of the Napean Highway, but that has not deterred some high flying sales here.
According to Angela's research, the last sale in the street was a near new five bedroom home on 704sqm block, and that sold for $1,725,000. This one is similar in size at 634sqm, and it has a price guide of $870 - $940,000.
It's a lunchtime feast that starts serving at midday. |

And at Rowville a home with loads of floor to ceiling glass makes 2 / 16 Mantung Crescent (above) feel very spacious. It has been an investment property and the vendor has done a great spruce up (even new carpeting) ready for the 1pm auction.
One hundred inspections so far, and still time for more plus 20 contracts issued bodes very well for an active auction. Ray White Rowville principal Adam Sorrell says the property would continue to be a good investment but is also attracting second looks from astute downsizers. |

This very glamorous Brisbane honey pot is attracting a swarm of interest - nothing like the magic words mortgagee in possession to kick things along, but this is also a gorgeous (dare I say glamorous?) property.
Double height voids, fab kitchen, dual wine fridges, lots of really goods aspects. However, the property has been a little neglected during recent times so there is a tad of wiggle room price wise.
Ray White Annerly's Geoff Sellars has had 30 groups through, which is a lot at this price point, and is expecting four or more to be bidding on the day. It's a lucky dip from 11am.
(Did I mention the dual wine fridges?) |

Still in Brisbane. From the street you would have no idea how much house lies behind the cool grey exterior of 30 Power Street, Wavell Heights. (above)
Three bedrooms on the ground floor, while upstairs is a light and airy master suite on the same level as the large, bright living area. Great finishes.
Nick Kouparitsas of Ray White Ascot has had 70 groups through, and from that crop is expecting eight to come back with wallets twitching for the 11am auction.
P.S. The pool is perfectly positioned to be in light and shade and comes with super cute pool house. Nice. |

An absolutely delightful split personality is pulling in the numbers in Adelaide. The charming 9 Lancelot Avenue (another romantic address for the dream diary) Hazelwood Park (above) has a Tudor style street aspect that eventually gives way to a contemporary split level rear addition.
From leadlight glass in the windows to glass fencing around the pool, it's a blur between eras that works to create an interesting home.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms does not a mansion make; this is a true family home with tons of charm, listed with Brandon Pilgrim of Ray White Norwood. It's another late starter, looking for a cool-in -the-shade start at 4pm.
If you need an earlier Adelaide property hit, 44A Hender Ave, Klemzig is up at 11.30am, and numbers suggest this one will sell easily as well. |
