Is this not gorgeous? Right on the park at Curl Curl beach, at the end of a cul de sac no less. Five big bedrooms, and (oh be still my beating mid-century heart) some stunning wood paneling detail. Plus it is a level 601sqm block, with renovation potential.
Inspections have been plentiful, with more than 100 taking place so far, with a guide price of more than $2.4m.
It's all the best parts of living by the water without the really annoying beachgoers ruining your solitude. Not an address familiar to mainstream real estate writers, 14 Lalchere Street is with Ray White Freshwater's Graham Bennett who says this 10am auction will be a ripper. |

It's expected that five bidders will be at 523 Pennant Hills Road, West Pennant Hills at 1pm - which gives a buyer time to scoop up this three bed, one bath home and still have time to take up residence in the grandstand.(i.e. the lounge room at home). The house has been refreshed, is north-facing, has a good pool and just last week had 35 groups inspect.
Ray White Naraweena's Mark Clarke says the house could handle some renovation, but with a guide of $750,000 he's expecting a good roll up. |

It was a time of Johnny O'Keefe, rock and roll, cherubic mouseketeers on the TV and Bob Simpson scoring 311 at Old Trafford. It was the 60s. It was also the last time this house came on the market. Sweet as pie, 17 Woodlawn Avenue Earlwood has changed little on the outside but has been well maintained and sensitively updated on the inside.
Three bedrooms, one bathroom and a block of 513sqm. Ray White Belmore's Kieran Gianoudis has seen strong interest with 97 inspections and the issuing of 14 contracts as young homebuyers make a move to the area. The guide here is $1.1m-$1.2m and the auction, which kicks off at 12.30, could be the match of the day with six bidders looking likely. |

To the state in the spotlight; Victoria. And we start in Rowville. It's no oil painting, that's for sure - but unlike artwork, that makes this house more attractive which explains 100 parties coming to have a look at it during the preliminary rounds.
The four bedroom home at 382 Dandelion Drive, Rowville will take work to bring back to life (although the kitchen is pretty good), and of course there's room to think about an extension.
Ray White Rowville's Adam Sorrell thinks that six or seven bidders will be going head to head for this modest Jane. The action starts at 10am, with a published guide of $600,000-$660,000. |

Ray White Forest Hill's Steven Yuen is very keen on this two bedroom unit in Mont Albert. The building at 2/45 Zetland Rd is a large inter-war style house, and this unit has the good sized rooms of that era.
Updated and in good form, this could be a winner on the day. The guide here is $740,000-$815,000 and has seen a very healthy 80 groups through so far, with quite a few repeat inspections and pre-auction offers. Of course it's a morning start, at 11am. |

So close to the city, and yet still so close to the beach, 53 Hayward Ave in Torrensville is a great Adelaide spot.
Ray White West Torrens' Laurie Berlingeri has had a high response to opens with 57 groups through so far. The house is well renovated, and on a small block (a large portion of the backyard was sold off a long time ago), but with a really private and pretty front garden. What is on offer here is a low maintenance and, due to small block size, low cost house - ideal for first home buyers.
Mr Berlingeri is counting on five or so bidders to be standing alertly by when the siren goes off at midday.
