The Ray White Group has 659 auctions scheduled this week, with 326 of them on Saturday alone, which is almost three per cent higher than the same week last year.

Last week’s national clearance settled on 68 per cent across Ray White. Pre-auction sales remain a key hallmark of this market as buyers look to lock down a sale early but we certainly have a few crackers to attend.

There’s no better way to gauge the real time market than to attend at auction yourself. Here’s some addresses to watch this Saturday - November 16, 2019. See you in the field!

New South Wales

Ray White Freshwater agent Jacquelynn Watson is expecting big things at the auction of 12 Illuka Ave, Manly which is on the market for the first time in 74 years.

Retaining its original heritage throughout, this early century treasure is coupled with a beachside location making it a truly unique offering. East facing and ripe for either restoration or renovation.

Ms Watson said this freestanding home in the idyllic coastal position was in one of Manly's most desirable addresses.

“There have been 75 groups through. The house is only 100m to the beach but not on the beachfront. We have a have guide of $2.5 million to $2.6 million and I expect there will be 6 to 7 registered bidders.”
