Another huge week for the Ray White Group with 659 auctions taking place this week. On Saturday alone 354 vendors will be shipping out the dogs, cats and kids as potential buyers come through for one last inspection before those homes go under the hammer.
Here's a starters guide to what's looking hot this weekend.
Oh how Sydney loves a little terrace! This Stanmore three bed, two bath has been fully, and cleverly, renovated and home shoppers have flocked in with 170 inspecting groups logged in so far.
Ray White Surry Hills Director Ercan Ersan says the wide, pan-generational appeal of 14 Temple St is only topped by the great position in the heart of the vibrant, inner city village. But its more than that which is bringing in the crowds; the light and bright interior - and fabulous bathrooms - are doing the trick. The guide is $1.5 million.
You think 170 inspections bodes well? What about the 30 contracts issued? Yes, this 9.30am auction is shaping up to be a crowd pleaser.
At 10am, in seaside Carringbah and 25 Nemesia Ave (above) will go under the hammer. It is a good location, has been in the one family for 59 years and not surprisingly offers the chance for buyers to do a renovation/extension, or indeed knock down and rebuild.
With a guide of $1.1 million -$1.2 million Ray White Carringbah Principal Wendy Samrani reports a very heathy open turnout of 65 groups in two weeks, most of which are locals. It's a popular street, and on top of that the house is in very good condition, albeit dated. Perfectly fine to move into now, and ponder.
From this large group of inspectors, Ms Samrani is expecting as many as 10 bidders for the auction, which makes it a good one to watch on the day.
Unusual to put in a picture of a bedroom at this point in the preview - but gosh! what a room, and it does work as a guide to the style and space found in this West Pymble home. (above)
The five bedroom, three bathroom home at 45 Congham Road is a super spacious, elegant property as you would expect in such a blue ribbon area.
Gleaming hallways and open plan family areas give way to a huge, level rear garden (the block is 955sqm) that would easily take on a pool and perhaps pool house. Or leave it as it is now and not take on all that bother and instead lounge in the huge spa bath.
Ray White Upper North Shore Sales Agent Thomas Merriman has the rather glamorous listing and is forecasting there may be a suburb record to be broken here.
In this tightly held area if it sells for $2,550,000 or above will be the highest sale price in the area this year.
At the socially acceptable time of 11.30am, all will be revealed.
Last one for Sydney - this little house at 17 Hermington Street has proved very popular - with Ray White Epping's James Kwon expecting as many as 10 bidders on the day.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms there is a lot more here than meets the eye - plus a very nice pool takes centre stage in the backyard.
It's up at 10am, with a guide of between $1.7 million -$1.8 million.
In Brisbane's smallest suburb of Gordon Park there's this four bedroom, two level Queenslander at 45 Richmond Street. (above)
Besides the enchanting and rather buoyant buxus hedge at the front gate, this home as a lot to offer plus the always popular tag of 'not a cent to spend.'
"People love a home where everything is absolutely already done," says Ray White Wilston Sales Agent Holly Bowden.
The lower level has been completely renovated and offers alternate accomodation, extra family space or somewhere to send the teenagers until the finally get a job and leave home.
Lovely awnings and great shutters make the huge decks and terraces user friendly, and just plain pretty.
Lots of interest here with 51 groups through, and seven bidders looking for bidders registration forms at the time of writing - Ms Bowden is expecting a great turnout with potentially 10 or more bidders.
It's another morning one, with a 9.30am start time.
Talk about position. position, position! Look at this Mermaid Waters property, perched right on the waters edge, at the end of a cul de sac. (above)
Ray White Surfers Paradise Sales Agent Andrew Murray says 2/12 Bacardi Court has had a recent face lift in the kitchen and bathroom but no work was needed on that view.
The feature decor here is exposed brick, which no doubt pleases many, however you can't help but think how different the interior would feel with a brighter wall finish. No doubt this has crossed the minds of the 43 groups that have been through, and also the three that have already put offers on the table.
It looks like no one gets a sleep-in this Saturday, this one also has a morning kick off at 10.30am.

In Melbourne, and in the very attractive Carrington Estate precinct is the location of 20 Windsor Drive, Lysterfield. (above)
Ray White Forest Hill Director and Auctioneer Hugh Francis has the listing and has seen a very engaged 50 groups through during the campaign. The five bedroom, two bathroom home is still in the hands of the original owners, who have maintained the property expertly over the last 20 years.
With a guide price of between $1.1 million -$1.2 million, the property has vine covered terraces and lush, green views, and oodles of family friendly open plan space inside.
There's an awful lot to like about this property - and Mr Francis is expecting four or more bidders to put their hands up at the 10.30am auction.

The Clare Valley in South Australia is a well kept secret from the rest of the country. It's wine is not, but people don't realise how darn pretty is the area.
On the block this weekend is a property that has had some publicity earlier in the campaign but this Saturday is the day for 8337 Horrocks Highway.
An acclaimed life stye property with five bedrooms, on 6.2ha, 'Cloverview' is a contemporary gem.
If that doesn't tantalise - then how about the fields of riesling grapes?
An unusual offering, which means you just don't know who's going to pop up with a knock out offer.
Ray White Clare Valley's Daniel Schell, who has a vested interest, is taking this one to auction at 11.00am.
Still in SA, but this time closer to town. Ray White West Torrens has this superbly renovated cottage, found at 18 Randolph Street, Thebarton. (above)
A bathroom picture is also unusual, but the front of the cottage, while beautifully detailed, doesn't do the renovation justice.
Principal Laurie Berlingeri agrees it's a fabulous renovation, and is not surprsed at the good turnout for opens, sitting just over 50.
The three bedroom home has just the one bathroom - which is why (one imagines), the owners have done such a super job with it - however, there is room on the block for an extension (STCA) when the time arises.
Mr Berlingeri is expecting a good turnout, with potentially five, if not 10 bidders in situ, for the midday start.

Just one more, this one from WA. (above)

Mid century fiends - this one is for you. Admittedly it's late 'mid', but still - what a sight for sore eyes is 6 Banool Crescent, City Beach. A local celebrity house in Perth, this groovy three level home has an elevated position and wonderful water views.
Time capsule features are a-plenty, but all are in great condition - those timber linings are divine.
The cherry on top of this home is the 'sky lounge' on the upper level, wrapped in glass, with purpose built bar and currently styled to perfection with the low, orange couches.
Too gorgeous for words - yes, your writer is a confirmed mid century fan, this one goes to auction through Emma Milner of Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont at 11am on Saturday.
