The leading sales business across the Southern Coast of Western Australia has joined forces with Australia’s largest real estate brand, opening Ray White Rural South Coast.
Directors of the business, Terri Pens, Robert Pens and Sias Jordaan have operated across the region for 16 years and have specialist teams across rural, residential and property management.
Unveiling their new Ray White business in the iconic ‘Deck’ building on 1 October, Terri Pens said it’s business as usual.
“Nothing about our service has changed - we’re the same team and we still give the same one-on-one experience we’ve always provided to our clients. The only difference is we’re now equipped with all the extra tools and resources that comes with a brand like Ray White,” she said.
With Sias and Robert heading up rural sales and Terri leading the residential and property management divisions, the team are passionate about their community.
“We love what we do, and we love where we do it. We’re seeing a lot of retirees moving down to access more affordable housing and we’re seeing locals buying up farmland in the rural areas. It’s a great place to live and work,” Terri said.
Based in Hopetoun, but operating throughout the south coast, the team of six has a clear ambition to take the whole area forward.
“We want to create a greater awareness of the value and potential of the south coast region in both residential and agricultural property,” Terri explained.
For Ray White WA CEO, Mark Whiteman, welcoming the Rural South Coast team is a great pleasure.
“For many years, Sias and Robert have been the leading rural sales team across the South Coast. Terri leads their strong residential and property management divisions and together, they are a formidable force in real estate throughout the region.
“We are delighted to welcome Sias, Robert, Terri and the whole team to the Ray White family,” he said.
