One of the highest performing agents in the inner-south region of Sydney, Jamie Van Le, has joined the newly opened Ray White Mascot team.
Mr Van Le, who has maintained one of the strongest market shares in the area particularly over the past few years, has decided to join the new Ray White business which is owned by William Ho.
“I am excited about the vision that William has for the team, and about working under the strongest brand name in real estate,” Jamie said.
“There are many fantastic Ray White agents across Sydney, and I am looking forward to bringing the same level of service to all my clients across Mascot, Botany and the surrounding suburbs.”
Mr Van Le has a wealth of experience in the local area, having previously worked with numerous other franchise businesses since he started his career in 2009, before making the move to come back home to Ray White as the sales director.
He has steadily built up his own reputation in the area as the People's Agent or Friendly Agent, and attributes a lot of his success to simply fostering and maintaining genuine relationships with local residents.
Prior to real estate, he was well-known in the area through his personal training business which also led to many connections in his new career.
“A few of my personal training clients suggested to me that I should get into the real estate industry… in fact one of my clients even lent me a suit to attend my first job interview!”
The suburb of Mascot was always a predominantly industrial area, but with the growing number of residents being drawn to its convenience, it is beginning to develop its own modern culture and charm.

Mr Van Le has strong personal ties to the region, and was born and raised in Botany. He is now raising his own family at his home in Botany, and still loves living in the area.
