Dre Diesel, principal of DRC Property Group, has partnered with Australia’s largest real estate group to open Ray White Diesel Estate Agents in the Sydney CBD.

Mr Diesel heads up a team fluent in English and Mandarin.

“With an enormous focus on investment from China, particularly in Sydney’s CBD and harbourside suburbs, our office is equipped to engage with Chinese investors,” Mr Diesel said.

“Understanding the Chinese language and culture are paramount to successfully building relationships with Chinese investors and our office will be armed with this knowledge.”

With more than 20 year experience, Mr Diesel has built relationships with Australia, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong investors – as well as Private Equity firms.

“I’ve worked within the residential, commercial and development sectors as well as financial services,” Mr Diesel said.

With the Sydney property market showing no signs of slowing down, Mr Diesel says that more people are seeing property as the smarter investment option.

“Booms in property and a recent downturn in the share market have created a level of sophistication in property investment never seen before in Sydney. It has become abundantly clear in recent times that real estate investment is the best option.”

The Ray White Group is please to welcome Mr Diesel and his team to the NSW network.

“We welcome Dre and his team to the Ray White family. Dre saw that his business was best aligned with Ray White and we are looking forward to seeing the new business grow and thrive,” says Stephen Nell, CEO Ray White NSW.

For Mr Diesel, his aspiration is clear: to be the best.

“We’ll build structures to assist our sales team and staff in achieving their goals, objectives and missions, through the support of Ray White. Our aim is to develop our people through continuous training, education, encouragement and diverse activities.

“As a business, our ambition is to dominate the New South Wales market through increasing our client satisfaction and strongly networking our company with other key market players,” Mr Diesel concludes.
