Four high quality homes on Sydney’s north shore which are being offered at an auction event this weekend have attracted considerable interest, according to Australasia’s largest property group Ray White.
The four properties being marketed by Ray White Wahroonga Director David Walker will be auctioned in-rooms at the Turramurra Masonic Hall at 4pm on Saturday, April 11, 2015.
Mr Walker said the response to the marketing campaigns for the auction offerings had been “unbelievable” with the continuing low interest rate environment attracting strong interest.
He said a three bedroom, two bathroom ‘family sanctuary’ at Marahatta Avenue, Wahroonga (pictured), already had 34 interested parties and there had been more than 200 inspections of the property.
“The interest in this home and our three other offerings has been unbelievable,” Mr Walker said.
“We have very high expectations of a hugely successful auction on Saturday.”
Mr Walker said there had been 76 interested parties in the other listings - another house in Wahroonga and two homes at Turramurra.
The Ray White Wahroonga in-room auction will be held in the Turramurra Masonic Hall at 1247 Pacific Hwy, Turramurra, from 4pm.
