Ray White Cootamundra has opened its doors with existing licensee and current Principal Janet McAtear joining forces with Anjan Bahadur and Peter Mentiplay committed to creating an unrivaled real estate experience for the Cootamundra community.
The existing team of Janet, Debbie Taylor and Ian Mair will stay on and together with the new owners will continue to drive the Ray White brand in the local area
Janet, Anjan and Peter have worked closely together for six years and have developed a strong business and personal partnership - with Peter and Anjan heavily investing in Cootamundra.

New owners Anjan and Peter look forward to bringing in new and innovative ways to ensure each of their customer’s have a unique and personalised experience, while the current on the ground team will continue to deliver the service they have become renowned for.
Based in Sydney, Anjan and Peter intend to promote Ray White Cootamundra’s listings to the Sydney market, and the team will feature at the Regional Lifestyle Expo held at Sydney Olympic Park on the 6th and 7th of August .
There they will be representing Cootamundra and promoting the regional area along with the farming and abattoir industries the local area is renowned for.
