Wendy Samrani, from Samrani Property Group has joined forces with Ray White to open the brand new Ray White Caringbah.
With an impressive real estate career which began when Wendy was just 18, as a receptionist and mail clerk, she moved up the ranks to become a property manager, before making the successful move into sales - and she didn't stop their moving on to also become a successful Valuer.
At 23 years old, Wendy attained her Diploma in Business Valuation making her a rarity in real estate - having touched all areas of the business.
In 1999, she opened her own business Samrani Property Group at the age of 24 without any existing clientele. Wendy was excited to offer all services in relation to the Real Estate industry including project marketing, valuations, property management and sales and auctions.
She made the decision to become Ray White because of the brand’s national and international presence in the market.
“Ray White has a great reputation,” she said, “the brand is really important, and for me it was the obvious choice so I didn’t need to even consider any other franchises. No other franchise offers the support that Ray White does"
She also sites the family focus of the group as a key reason as to why she has decided to join the team.
“Being a family owned and led business especially resonated with me and my team,” she said adding that the fact Ray White is the biggest brand in Australia was also a key component of her decision.
Wendy is proud and excited to become Ray White Caringbah - an area which hasn’t had a Ray White in at least six years.
A local since 1999, she wouldn’t even consider living anywhere else in Sydney.
“I am a beach person, who lives and loves the relaxed beach lifestyle. This is one of the best areas in Sydney, it provides a lovely and relaxed lifestyle for both myself and my children. I wouldn’t want to trade living here for the world. I’m in love with the newly renovated Westfield Miranda which offers international dining, world class cinema experience and fashion on the next level."
Wendy is looking forward to using the Ray White brand to sell some of the Shire’s most prestige properties and continue to grow her business to become the number one local real estate agency in Caringbah.
