Ray White Woolloomooloo has opened its doors with the dynamic team of Joanna Bryant, Bianca Ross, Nicholas Huffels and Peter Bennetto at the helm, and their number one goal is to see real estate in Australia evolve and become a driver for a more environmentally sustainable country.
The team plan to do this in partnership with their solar installation company Sunburn Country Power, and their goal to make every home in Sydney’s Woolloomooloo 20 percent more energy efficient - assisting their real estate clients in managing their energy consumption and costs.
“We are extremely excited to bring two things which are close to our hearts together, real estate and sustainability. We are dedicated to a real estate future which works in harmony with the environment. By incorporating energy efficiency in managing property, we will be saving money for our customers,” said Peter.
Joanna is making a return to real estate, with an impressive 20 year career behind her, selling property in Lane Cove and the inner west of Sydney, “it is a dream to open in Woolloomooloo,” she said. “The eclectic culture and vibrancy in the streets means that no two homes are ever the same.”
Peter and Nick both have corporate and sales backgrounds, and intend to leverage this to offer their clients a truly unique property experience, while Bianca brings a bubbly personality as an author and background in marketing to the team - and earmarked to become a star residential sales agent.
The area in and around Woolloomooloo is currently seeing significant redevelopment according to Joanna, which is something she and the team have been watching for several years. “I love redevelopments, we have many contacts with builders and developers, and we hope to see them get on board and implement solar installation to each new building in the area,” she said.
And, she hopes to see more and more customers walk through the doors, as the team begin their journey to transform real estate. “We don’t just want to be sales people, we want to have business conversations. We hope to evolve into having stronger and more corporate discussions and satisfy more than just our customer’s real estate needs,” she said.
The Ray White Woolloomooloo office is now open for business at 41 Riley Street, and the team look forward to providing personalised, sincere and quality advice for your real estate needs.
