TURNS out that Mark Beale, principal of Ray White Whitsunday, is a pretty useful handyman given he’s just updated his office’s front reception.

"We have been in the new office here now for nearly four years and it was time to update the entire branding of the office both internally and externally,” Mr Beale said.

“Our reception area was very clinical, bare, very white and didn't have much character so I decided to spend a Saturday installing the new green wall.

“The response from our customers and staff has been amazing and everyone loves it.

“It really does change the feel of the front reception to a much warmer, friendlier place and it's also stopped the echo due to the polished concrete floors."

Mr Beale is well known and loved in his community for being an excellent listener and he understands the needs of his clients.

In 2006 Mark and Belinda Beale purchased the local Ray White office and have never looked back.

Their commitment to the Whitsunday real estate industry grows every year with the Ray White office now employing more than 40 staff and they specialise in a number of aspects of real estate including residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leasing, special projects, marine and a holiday letting department featuring some of the regions most luxurious homes.

He spends a lot of his time involving working in the community as a recently voted in board member of the Whitsunday Sailing Club and the President of the Whitsunday Touch Football Association since 2007.

He is a keen supporter of local charities and fundraisers and annually donates to local events, businesses, sporting clubs and not for profit organisations.
