A team of property and finance professionals have joined forces to make their real estate dream a reality, in Sydney’s diverse inner-city suburb of Waterloo.

Eric Wei and Edwin Wang, both having worked in the finance industry in Shanghai and Sydney, always shared a common goal of opening a Ray White office in an up and coming suburb.

“We always knew that Ray White was going to be the best fit for us, once we finally opened our own office," Mr Wang said.

“We wanted to pair our knowledge of the Asian buyer and vendor market, with the strongest local brand in real estate.”

The pair have worked together on and off for many years, mainly in off the plan project sales for big names in the Sydney development sector. They both have particularly strong experience and interest in Waterloo and it’s surrounds.

“There is a very strong rental market in Waterloo. There are around 21,000 apartments in the local area, with another 7000 under construction,” Mr Wei said.

The suburb of Waterloo is known for its diverse culture and eclectic mix of property, from 19th century terrace and cottage homes, to trendy new development projects.

Alongside Eric Wei and Edwin Wang, experienced property manager Hayley He will be head up the rental side of the business.

Jack Shen, Jessica Wang, Vincent Yang and Yolanda Yang have also joined the team as senior sales agents and managers, all with decades of experience collectively selling in Sydney’s metropolitan area.

Betty Lu and Sophia Zheng have joined the team with their proven experience in real estate administration.

“We already have a good feel for the area, and are looking forward to thriving under such a strong family name in the business” said Mr Wang.

“We can’t wait to see what Waterloo has to offer, over the next 12 months and beyond.”

Ray White New South Wales Blue CEO, Jason Andrew, welcomed the Waterloo team to the network.

“The team at our new Waterloo office are a natural fit for the company.” Mr Andrew said.

“We’re delighted to have another team joining the family and look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow.”
