For Mr Kiritsis, selling high-end properties was “always nice”, but repeat clientele is what he really strived for.
“It’s a great feeling when you get to sell properties for a third or fourth time for a client because that shows the faith vendors have in you,” he said.
“Customer service and delivering results for clients is everything in this profession and when you’re getting referrals from previous vendors, you know you’re doing the right thing.
“The goal is to build on my own sales volume and help grow the business – but that can only be done with the best customer service and offering a stress-free and seamless process.”
