For the first time, Ray White Warrnambool measured its success as a business based on customer satisfaction and Salesperson, Kellie Steel, received the inaugural award for offering outstanding customer service.
Kellie’s consistent positive feedback earnt her the award in February 2015 based on feedback over the past year.
Director of the business, Jess Densley, said the annual award was created to celebrate and encourage the highest level of customer service.
“Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. Providing our clients with outstanding service and creating raving fans and advocates within our community is very important to us as a team.
“Last year we surveyed every buyer and seller and decided to create this award within our business. We implemented a voting system based on the volume of feedback received from clients and their ratings,” Jess explains.
The rating is based on a survey that is sent to the clients of each agent, the same survey system used by major global companies like Apple and GE. The survey asks clients how happy they were with the agent’s service. And the feedback gathered across Ray White Warrnambool describes an easy to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful and informed office.
“I’m proud to say our whole office has illustrated their dedication to strong communication, results and care for their clients in the community and we look forward to presenting this award every year to our team,” Jess said.
