Over 1000 guests descended on the Palladium at Crown for the annual Ray White Victoria & Tasmania state awards on Thursday the 27th August to celebrate the top offices and individual achievers throughout the network.
Awards on the night included the top performers in settled commission, with Jason Xi of Ray White Oakleigh taking out the top individual spot, and Ray White Glen Waverley taking out the top overall office spot in Victoria.
While Tasmania saw Katrina Garwood of Ray White Launceston take out the top spot for her state, and the Ray White Launceston office win the top accolade as an office.
In Victoria, the top regional performer award went to Michael O’Sullivan at Ray White Seymour while the top office regionally was named to be Ray White Warrnambool.
This year, the CEOs Cup award, recognising the recipient as having had an extraordinary year of growth and shown outstanding commitment to their business, while also celebrating their contribution to the company was awarded to Matt Hurlston of Ray White Carnegie.
Two rising star awards were handed out, recognising the youngest talent in the network, including Kade Camilleri from Ray White Lara named the top sales rising star, and Myra Otene of Ray White Croydon the property management rising star.
Ray White Oakleigh was named property management business of the year, and Ray White Reservoir named property management team of the year. Lena Torus of Ray White Noble Park/Springvale took out property manager of the year and Natasha Karan of Ray White Bundoora was named Business Development Manager of the year.
The individual award for marketing excellence was awarded to Ashley Weston of Ray White Frankston.
Ray White Manningham took out the award for office with the best marketing and community presence in property management, as well as the marketing excellence overall award in sales.
Manningham also took out awards for auctioneering, including auctioneer of the year, Frank Perri and novice auctioneer of the year Paul Lillis.
Other awards on the night included community service, best presented office, office manager/administrator of the year, personal assistant of the year, service excellence, and many more.
