Last year, Melbourne was named as the most locked down city in the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Ray White was at the forefront of transitioning auctions entirely online (pictured above).
“What I learned throughout COVID-19 was that it doesn’t matter how you deliver an auction. As long as the process is done right, where an auction is conducted is irrelevant,” he said.
“As long as you give the buyers an avenue to buy property under competitive conditions, it will always work out favourably for the seller.”
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens congratulated Mr Tyrrell and Mr Condon on their new roles in the network.

Meanwhile, Matthew Condon’s focus will now be on the external growth of the Ray White Group across Victoria and Tasmania. He has done an exceptional job as chief auctioneer in our network and I have no doubt he will continue to be an asset to Ray White.”
