Ray White Tatura business owners Brett Creighton and Peter Croxford have expanded into a second location in the central north regional town of Kyabram.

With a region full of rural opportunity, now coupled with the strength of Australasia’s largest real estate brand, the team are set to take Kyrabram’s real estate landscape to the next level, just as they have done with the Tatura office over the past 12 months.

“Opening our second office here in Kyabram was inspired by our own local knowledge of the region; I have lived here my whole life and it really is a fantastic little country town,” Mr Croxford said.

Between them Mr Croxford and Mr Creighton have more than 40 years of combined local real estate experience, and have worked together for 10 years.

“We opened our own office together, and decided that Ray White was by far the best fit for us,” Mr Creighton said.

The pair were coincidentally contacted by Jason Hellyer in the Ray White Victoria corporate team as they were giving their notice to their previous franchise.

“We had the initial meeting with him and were sold; the brand itself has always been fantastic, and their corporate support offering is the best in the business,” Mr Croxford said.

“We knew that we wanted an established brand to back us and Ray White has the best reputation.”

The Tatura team experienced rapid growth over the past 12 months, substantially growing their rent roll and sales business.

“We have employed a few new property managers and sales staff in Tatura, and are looking forward to doing the same with Kyabram,” Mr Creighton said.

The large rural town of Kyabram is approximately 200km north of Melbourne, and neighbours Tatura. It is centered in a rich irrigation and farming district in the Goulburn River Valley, and is right between the regional centres of Echuca and Shepparton.

“We are really involved in the community, particularly the local footy club which we have been associated with for five years,” Mr Creighton said.

The new Kyabram office is a homecoming for the pair, who both know the local community incredibly well. The pair say that they are confident their local knowledge and experience level will allow them to service the region with great success.

“Kyabram is a wonderful place to live; I raised my kids here, and they are now raising their kids here.”

“We are currently recruiting for a residential salesperson, and are constantly looking out for young talent to bring into the business,” Mr Croxford said.

The team are also recruiting for a receptionist position, as well as more administrative, sales and property management staff down the track. They will undertake all kinds of property transactions in the region across acreage and farming, to the smaller residential dwellings.

“We are thrilled to get started and make a strong impact on this town, and get our name out there,” Mr Croxford said.

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens welcomed the expanded team.

“The team at our new Kyabram office are a natural fit to take the real estate market in this region even further,” Mr Dullens said.

“We’re delighted to have seen their incredible progress with their first office in Tatura, and look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow in Kyabram and provide the best possible service to their customers,” Mr Dullens concluded.
