THE North Western Sydney suburb of Rouse Hill is set to have its own Ray White with local Binnie Jaura (pictured above) opening his franchise on October 19.

Having lived and worked in neighbouring North Kellyville , Binnie truly is a local area expert. With a background of several years in business and real estate, his passion and success have seen him move into business ownership quickly due to his ability to deliver results to his clients while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Binnie has sold properties all around the area including The Ponds, Schofields, North Kellyville, Box Hill, Glenwood and Rouse Hill. The new Rouse Hill Principal will be opening the office with both a sales team and a property management team.

Mr Jaura said he feels Ray White has a lot to offer the residents of the Sydney Hills District.

“The brand stands out because of the exceptional capabilities that come with a large agency, the strong family values always present and the large network of advice and experience we have to draw on,” Mr Jaura said.

Mr Jaura and his team are ready to hit the ground running and said whether buying or selling, all clients will receive exceptional service from the Rouse Hill team.

“Each one of us knows the area well and will be offering a professional, knowledgeable and trusted experience to everyone who walks through the office doors,” he said.

Despite recent uncertainty, the real estate market in North Western Sydney remains strong, and Mr Jaura is confident that the team can establish a significant market share in the area.

“In Box Hill, I believe we will achieve the market share quickly, but our goal is also to achieve this in North Kellyville and Rouse Hill,” the new business owner said.

“In five years, I am aiming for us to be market leaders in the area with an expanding team of experienced sales professionals and an extensive rent roll.”

Rouse Hill and the surrounding suburbs have a mixture of real estate markets including $750,000 plus land leases in Box Hill to million-dollar houses in Kellyville. In Rouse Hill, Mr Jaura said multi-bedroom apartments range from $650,000, and there are plenty of opportunities to buy residential real estate off the plan.

“Overall, there is a varied market in this area with a broad range of buyers like first home buyers, investors, families along with buyers looking for commercial properties,” Mr Jaura said.

“We’ve already got a host of diverse listings in the pipeline.”

Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch welcomed Mr Jaura and his team to the Ray White family.

“We love to support the ambition of new business leaders, and the North Western Sydney market is very important to us in New South Wales.,” Mr McCulloch said.

“It’s obviously an area that is expanding rapidly, and we feel Mr Jaura will be a great fit for Ray White and the marketplace for many years to come.”
