Ray White Redcliffe business owners expand to Margate

ANDREW Campbell (pictured above) and Tim Gordon of Ray White Redcliffe are set to expand their real estate business with the opening of Ray White Margate on December 14.

Mr Campbell is co-director of Ray White Redcliffe and heads up their growing sales team. He has extensive experience in real estate which stems from a strong background in land sales, property management and business development.

Mr Gordon has spent his career in real estate specialising in property management. For the past nine years he has been leading the property management team at Ray White Redcliffe.

The business owners plan to bring across some of their top sales agents and property managers to the Ray White Margate office with a focus on fresh energy and new leadership.

“We have some star performers that we are bringing over from our Redcliffe team to the new Margate office. Their energy and enthusiasm is where they excel and they understand what people expect when it comes to customer service,” Mr Gordon said.

This move is in line with a growing trend of young families seeing value in the Margate property market. Mr Campbell said while Margate had been traditionally a retirement area there has been change in the area over the last few years.

“Pockets of the area are still skewed towards the retiree end of the market but a lot of younger families are moving here because there is upgraded infrastructure and they are looking for affordability and lifestyle living,” Mr Campbell said.

Mr Gordon (pictured above) said that the wide range of properties is also a drawcard for the area, ranging from high end beachfront property to great options for entering the market.

“We are also finding that interstate buyers and investors looking to relocate are coming to the Margate and Redcliffe markets. Just recently, we sold several properties to interstate buyers who bought sight unseen using virtual inspections.”

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew congratulated Mr Campbell and Mr Gordon on opening their second Ray White franchise.
