Local property guru, real estate agent and dairy farmer Jodie Wilson is opening her first agency and Ray White’s newest office in Victoria’s Cobram on 14 June 2016, bringing her passion for housing and the building industry to the Cobram community.

With a love for the beauty of old style homes, Jodie’s career has seen her gain valuable experience in the building industry, managing production before moving into property management and ultimately finding success in sales.

With a vision to deliver unrivaled customer service and known to go above and beyond for her clients, Jodie intends to shake up the real estate industry in Cobram with a fresh approach.

“I grew up around Cobram and nearby Katandra and Numurkah, and I didn’t want to open another agency that just ran through the motions and did things the same way every agency already operates. I have always wanted to open a business in Cobram and I want the community to experience what good service can actually be like,” she said.

“I want to raise the real estate bar in Cobram.”

Ray White Victoria CEO Domenic Belfiore has no doubt that she will do just that. “Jodie has a unique background in not just the real estate industry but also the broader property and building industry. With her knowledge and understanding of the industry as well as the local Cobram community, I have no doubt that Ray White Cobram will be the agency of choice for locals.”

Offering her services across both sales and rentals, Jodie intends to grow her team fast and organically through good service and building relationships.

“Cobram is a small town, it only takes five minutes to walk up the street but what I love is that it will take you 40 minutes because you stop and have a chat to everyone. I love that small town feeling,” she said.

Ray White Cobram is located at 36 Bank St Cobram. Come in and visit the team.
