A familiar face has opened a brand new real estate office in the North-West Sydney suburb of Kellyville Ridge, with deals already underway.

Sukhbir Sidhu, who has been a salesperson at the Riverstone office for the past three years, is thrilled to make the move into business ownership.

“I previously had a long career in the food marketing and events industry, and eventually I fell into real estate after a few people had suggested it,” Mr Sidhu said.

Mr Sidhu said that going into business ownership and building his own team under the Ray White brand is a dream come true.

“The main reasons for choosing Ray White was the supportive corporate team, the outstanding technology and the well-known premium branding.”

“I have loved my time as an agent at the Ray White Riverstone office, and all the systems and ways of working are familiar to me,” he said.

The Kellyville Ridge region is 40km North West of the Sydney CBD, known for its family-oriented lifestyle, large blocks and accessibility to the city. The new office is conveniently located only a couple of minutes away from Mr Sidhu’s home.

“I have lived in the region myself for many years and absolutely love it; it is a wonderful place to raise my young children,” Mr Sidhu said.

“It is a settled suburb, surrounded by lots of parks, nice schools and young families.”

“The area will always be in demand; it is worth living here for the lifestyle.”

The suburb is one of the fastest growing in Sydney, and during 2014 had the largest population growth in the city with a 9 per cent increase in 12 months.

Joining Mr Sidhu at the new office will be his existing sales team and personal assistant, as well as a property manager to head up the rentals. Mr Sidhu’s wife, Prabhjot Kaur, is the office and operations manager.

“Once we get going, we will be on the search for the right people to join our team. We will be focusing first on the sales business, and then growing our property management rent roll,” Mr Sidhu said.

“The main goal for our first 12 months is to really get a foothold in this area, become well known, achieve strong market share and growth in Kellyville Ridge and provide the best customer service in the market,”Mr Sidhu said.

The team has a hunger for success, and unrivalled local knowledge in the region.

“One of our biggest strengths is our work ethic; we are willing to go above and beyond for our customers and we have the case studies and testimonials to back this up,” Mr Sidhu said.
