Ray White Metro was awarded the Customer Satisfaction gong at the annual Ray White Cutting Edge conference held in Sydney (Tuesday, 2 December 2013).
The award was given based on their Net Promoter Score of 87 from 70 survey responses.
Principal Tony McPherson knows the power of referral and after introducing the concept to his business some years ago, was thrilled to see the programme launched across the Network this year.
"Measuring our customers happiness brings it into focus and keeps it there,” said Tony.
“NPS is part of management's everyday language and we are working it into the entire business' culture.”
The conference, held annually, is invitation only and aims to launch a number of new initiatives and ideas to top business owners within the Group.
Chairman of the group Brian White says the Group fully understands the changing nature and expectations for high standards, professionalism in performance and the constant desire to continue and improve. These awards highlight just that.
