Principals Nici Godwin and Nathan Fry have merged their office with a local Victor Harbor business, adding a large number of permanent and holiday rentals to their portfolio, together with a very successful local team including outgoing principal John Mowling who will take up a sales position.
The business will be the only real estate office in Goolwa and Victor Harbor owned by the same principals, with two full-time offices operating in the community, providing convenience and service to south coast residents.
“It’ll be a bigger team of salespeople and specialists. This will mean more support and better help on offer for the south coast community,” Ms Godwin said.
The pair said they have a similar work ethic and above all really value good customer service – something they’ve instilled in their business.
“We live in a small town and a lot of the people we work with, you become close to them and friends with them. We will do whatever we have to do to go above and beyond for them,” Ms Godwin said.
“Our staff also work like that, the team is fantastic and always do their absolute best to offer a better quality of service.”
Only an hour drive away from Adelaide, Ms Godwin said the south coast is a diverse and unique area which a lot of people from the city are now discovering.
“We’ve had a lot of buyers coming down from Adelaide to enjoy the south coast and a lot of families moving down here so they can live in an amazing spot where there’s fresh air and beaches,” she said.
Ms Godwin and Mr Fry opened Ray White Goolwa just over three years ago after searching for a real estate agency that offered the support and services they needed.
“Both of us were looking for change and something that offered better support, marketing and systems,” Mr Fry said.
“The network support and services Ray White had available was mind blowing. It was better than either of us had seen before.”
Outgoing principal, John Mowling said having managed his own real estate business for over 30 years, he felt it was time to move on from a management role and concentrate on what he enjoys doing which is assisting people with their real estate needs.
“When Ray White SA CEO Matthew Lindblom approached me I was impressed with what he indicated Ray White had to offer and as I have always respected the way Nathan and Nici operate, I felt this would be the perfect opportunity to keep our existing team together while joining another successful and dynamic group,” John Mowling said.

“With two standalone offices under the one banner we will be able to provide the best coverage of the region and increase our community involvement.”
