The collaboration is set to leverage the strengths of both offices, providing superior support and service to their clients. Mr Kelly has an impressive tenure of 18 years with the leading group, while Ray White Rural Bangalow sales director boasts a real estate career spanning more than 45 years.

“This will free up Greg to better service his clients and focus on what he loves, which is listing and selling property,” Mr Kelly said.

“At Ray White Castle Hill, we are strong utilisers of NurtureCloud, Ray White’s sales management technology. It’s a huge part of how we drive business and we have the highest number of outbound calls of any office in the network according to NurtureCloud.”

“We have a view that real estate is far greater than the transaction, it’s about nurturing our clients and giving them the support they need to ensure we create a long term relationship.

“Partnering with Ray White Rural Bangalow is an extension of our database strategy and market, and theirs, allowing us to give a greater level of service to our clients in the marketplace while having the continuity of the sales team and local experts on the ground.”

Mr. Kelly emphasised the growing appeal of the Bangalow marketplace, which became a destination of choice for those looking for a treechange during the pandemic.

“Bangalow is an amazing marketplace which has grown so much since the pandemic and with a lot more growth on the horizon,” Mr Kelly said.

“People are choosing the lifestyle of Bangalow and the Northern Rivers. There is greater symmetry in this market and Sydney so it’s a logical step for us.

“A lot of buyers in the Bangalow market have come out of Sydney.”

Looking ahead, Mr. Kelly said they have aspirations for continued growth in the Northern Rivers’ market.

“Our focus is to continue to grow with the Northern Rivers market by expanding our sales team and also branching out to property management,” Mr Kelly said.

“I have created a business of attraction at Ray White Castle Hill where support, training and culture are key, which I am focused on replicating here alongside Greg.

“We are also able to offer an end-to-end service with the introduction of our mortgage broking business through LMG. This connection allows for a better service for our clients.”

Mr Price, who has been operating in the greater Byron region for four decades, is excited to embark on the partnership with Mr Kelly and his team.

“I am committed to ensure my clients receive the very best service and pride myself on being able to expose their property to the largest pool of buyers,” Mr Price said.

“Collaborating with Mr Kelly and his team will further enhance the reach I can offer my clients, along with the support of their Sydney support team and buyer database.

“Our office will still have the same familiar faces who live and work in the Byron Bay Hinterland, just with greater capability.”

Ray White Rural CEO, Stephen Nell welcomed the collaboration between the Ray White Castle Hill and Ray White Rural Bungalow teams, led by Mr Kelly.

“This partnership represents a significant step forward for both offices,” Mr Nell said.

“By combining our resources and expertise, we are poised to deliver an unparalleled level of service to our clients in both the Castle Hill and Bangalow regions

“This strategic collaboration between Ray White Castle Hill and Ray White Rural Bangalow promises to deliver exceptional client experiences, leveraging technology, local expertise, and a shared commitment to long-term client relationships.”
