Benalla local property trio Peter and Ricky Symes and Michael Devlin are taking their successful real estate business - with a presence in the local area since the 1930s - to the next level by joining Ray White with the same dedication to providing an even better service to their customers as Ray White Benalla.
Family is very important to the trio, having grown up in Benalla and also raising their families in the local area, and they have several family members employed within the business. According to Peter, Benalla is a central hub located approximately two hours out of Melbourne with a population of 10,000, and growing. “Benalla is a beautiful little town, with massive botanical gardens and has a rich and strong history in sport.”
“Over the last four to five years we have seen a lot of development with a significant amount of land available. This saw land sales nearly double in 2014, and with a mixed bag of beautiful older houses, and land with development in housing, there is a fair bit going on in Benalla.”
