Powerhouse Ray White Canberra is on a growth path and has just welcomed seven new members to their expanding team, including top agent Cameron Whitnall, who has made the move to the leading group.

Mr Whitnall said he was excited to continue his career with the industry leaders, after he was attracted to the strong culture and training on offer at Ray White. With more than 16-years experience in the field, he’s a passionate advocate for Canberra’s south, famous for its mountain views and amenities to some of the region’s most desirable attributes.

Ray White Canberra started life as a tiny three person operation in Belconnen, and today stands as the fastest growing brand and most decorated business in the ACT.

With offices in Belconnen, Gungahlin and Woden opening in 2017, the team has now expanded to 75 real estate professionals driven by the same relentless pursuit to be the best place on the planet to build a career in real estate.

Ray White Chairman and Founder Ben Faulks said the guiding mission of the whole team was underpinned by the values of humility, teamwork, customer service and leadership.

“Ray White Canberra is obsessed about improving the customer experience, and removing friction from the real estate transaction for consumers and agents alike,” he said.

“Our reputation has been built on a culture which balances performance with high levels of care, customer service and auction excellence. This continues to create great opportunities for those looking to build a career in real estate.

Mr Faulks, along with business co-founder Scott Jackson, are immensely proud of their business’ growth in just 10 years.

“This new addition to our property management and the administration teams, along with sales pro Cameron Whitnall, takes our total team to 75 now,” he said.

“We now have both sides of Canberra firmly covered. Our origins were in Belconnen in the north but now our market share stretches across the whole capital and we are excited by what the future holds.”
